How much do you charge?
All cupcakes are priced individually according to the complexity of the design. Therefore there isn't a standard price list. Price will be quoted based on finalized details such as designs, flavor, packaging, etc. Do contact us to discuss this further.
Do you have a minimum order?
Our minimum order are set at 25 cupcakes/box. However, do let us know if you have any special requests, We’ll try our best to accommodate if the situation permits.
How far in advance should I make an order?
All orders are based on first come first served basis. Kindly place your order at least 14 days in advance or the earlier the better to avoid disappointment. We will book the slot for your order upon receipt of your full payment for order less than RM500 OR minimum 50% deposit for order more than RM500. But if you have a short notice order, do ask, let us know your required date and We will check the availability and try to get it done for you. For large orders and/ or intricate design cakes ( wedding cakes etc...), please place orders at least 1 month in advance.
If everything is ok, we will e-mail you the payment details and options accordingly.
How do I make an order?
To start the order process, please send an email to cakesforthoughts@gmail.com and provide ALL of the following information and We'll get back to you soonest possible.
- Date of delivery *very important*
- Occasion (wedding/anniversary/birthday/fullmoon/homecoming,etc)
- Quantity (for cupcakes)
- Any special designs/themes you have in mind

Do you provide delivery/how do I collect the cakes?
We would appreciate greatly if you could arrange to pick up the cake(s) from our place in Klang. However, if really needed to, delivery can be arranged with an additional charges for transportation. Delivery charges varies according to location. Due to time constraint, at the moment, we only provide delivery to Klang, Shah Alam, Subang, Sunway, and part of Petaling Jaya.( Do contact us to enquire further).

| Unfortunately, we could not accommodate with any changes in design once the order has been confirmed. Let us know immediately if there are any changes before confirm an order. Bear in mind that changes to the agreed design may mean the price changes too! Due to our humid weather it is not advisable to keep fondant/gum paste decorated cakes in the refrigerator. However, after serving should be kept in the refrigerator for enjoyment later. Other information: - All our cakes are handmade, therefore, we cannot make any 2 cakes exactly the same.
- Cakes For Thoughts do not deliberately copy other people's work unless the customer wishes us
to make something similar.
- Seasonal items may incur an additional charge and may be substituted if unavailable in time of collection/delivery. - On Occasion, we will photograph our cakes and we reserved the rights to use any photographs for display and promotion without compensation to you. - Our product may contained or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens.
